Shipping & Delivery Information
Because we operate on a global dropshipping model, all items are shipped directly from our partner manufacturers. This helps us offer a wide range of styles without keeping physical stock, but it also means:

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after the order is processed.

Delivery times may vary due to customs or international logistics.
We always provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. If your tracking doesn’t update immediately, don’t worry—this is normal with international shipments.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are automatically sent to our partners for processing, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours after placing the order.
After this window, we cannot modify or stop the shipment.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@juliancrest.com and we will try our best to fix it before the order is shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We want to be transparent:
Since our products are shipped internationally and handled by multiple logistics partners, we cannot offer easy return shipping. Returning items overseas can be very costly and time-consuming.
However, we still protect our customers through:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, contact us within 48 hours with pictures, and we will resolve it for you.
✓ Lost Packages Protection
If your order does not arrive within the maximum shipping timeframe, we will fully refund or resend your item.
